    On
    January
    7, 1982 Eraus filed a petition requesting that
    any depositions, pre-hearing conferences or public hearings
    in this matter be held during non-working hours in Des Plaines.
    The
    Metropolitan Sanitary District filed a response in opposition
    to that motion on January 13, 1982, arguing that any such
    proceedings should be held in chicago during normal business
    hours.
    The hearing officer referred this question to the Board,
    indicating
    his
    availability
    to
    hold such proceedings in either
    Des Plaines or chicago during normal business hours.
    The Board hereby orders that any depositions,
    pre-hearinq
    conferences,
    and
    public hearings in this matter be scheduled
    during
    normal
    business
    hours
    and
    be
    located
    in
    Des
    Plaines.
