    filed a petition to
    intervene in this solid waste disposal
    permit
    appeal filed March
    1, 1981 by Land and Lakes Company.
    The Hearing Officer granted
    on June 9, 1981 intervention and asked the Board to rule.
    White
    Fence Farm,
    Inc.
    is involved with the permit applicant in litiga-
    tion concerning the subject site.
    This matter is on appeal
    (White
    Fence Farm,
    Inc.
    v. Land and Lakes, et al., Case No.
    16673, Fourth
    District).
    The Hearing Officer is upheld.
    Intervention is granted.
    Because this matter is due for decision August
    1, 1981 a hearing
    shall be promptly held.
