    (by D. Satchell):
    On March. 23, 1981 Granite City Steel, Interlake, Inc.,
    Northwestern Steel and Wire Co., Republic Steel Corp.
    and United
    States Steel filed a motion to hold hearings
    in abeyance.
    This
    motion objected to holding further hearings until a complete
    proposal was before the Board.
    These same parties and Illinois
    Power Co. raised similar objections in subsequent pleadings.
    The
    Hearing Officer ordered the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency to file an amended proposal by May 15,
    1981.
    None has been filed.
    The Board will dismiss this proceeding
    unless
    an amendment is filed on or before July 2,
    1981.
