ORDER OF THE BOARD

On June 4, 1981, the Board received a copy of a letter
written by the Village to the Agency, requesting variance from the
gross alpha particle activity standard of Rule 304(C) of Chapter
6:
Public Water Supplies.
This
“petition” fails
to contain most of
the information outlined in Procedural Rule 401,
fails to request
or waive a hearing,
and is not accompanied by an affidavit
attesting to the truth of those
facts alleged.
If an amended petition curing these defects is not filed
within 45 days of the date of this Order, this petition will be
subject to dismissal.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
