    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On November 25, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Clinton County Oil Company, Inc. (Clinton) may appeal an October 17, 2002
    determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406.
    The Agency denied part of Clinton’s request for reimbursement from the Underground Storage
    Tank Fund regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 13655 John Drive in Pierron,
    Madison County. The Board extends the appeal period until February 19, 2003, as the parties
    request.
