which the Board

questing variance from Rule

That petition is deficient in numerous respects,

2.

3.
A compliance plan (Procedural Rule 401(a)(6));
4.
A statement concerning
the environmental
impact

5.
Permit status
(Procedural
Rule
401(a)(8)); and
6.
A statement of measures
to be
taken to minimize
environmental harm
(Procedural Rule
401(a)(10).
Unless the Village files
an amended petition within
45 days
of the date of this Order
curing the
above noted
deficiencies, the petition
will be
subject to dismissal.
