    Respondent.
    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by
    I). Anderson):
On November 5, 1981 the Board ordered Petitioner to
supply more information in support of its petition for a variance
    from Rule 502(a)
    of Chapter 2:
    Air Pollution.
    Petitioner has
responded by requesting a hearing and supplying other information
apparently unrelated to that specified in the November 5 Order.
Petitioner is urged to read Procedural Rule 401(a) and supply
    the information requested.
Failure to do so may result in
    denial of the variance.
In particular the petition is deficient
    in the following respects:
    1.
There is no indication of Petitioner’s permit
    status
    Procedural
    Rule 401(a) (7).
    2.
There is no statement indicating whether the
Board may grant a variance consistent with
    federal law
    Procedural
    Rule 401(d)).
The Board finds the petition deficient for the reasons
    noted above.
This matter will be subject to dismissal unless
an amended petition addressing the noted deficiencies is filed
within twenty-one days of the date
    of this Order.
    The decision
period will commence with the filing of a sufficient amendment.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois
    Pollution Control
Board, hereby certify that the above Order was adopted on the______
day of January, 1982, by a vote of_________
