On December 22,
 1981 Outboard Marine moved for reconsideration
and clarification of the Board’s Order of November 19, 1981.
 The
Agency
 filed a similar motion December 24,
 1981.
The motion is granted.
 Paragraph
 2 of the Board’s
November 19,
 1981 Order is vacated.
During pendency of the appeal of the contested conditions of
NPDES Permit No. 1L0002267,
 the effectiveness of these contested
conditions is stayed.
 As the parties agree that in this case it
is more environmentally appropriate for OMC to comply with this
latest issued permit, the uncontested provisions of this permit
have full force and effect.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
