from the gross

alpha particle activity standard of Rule 304

of

Chapter

6:

Public Water Supplies.

However,

the petition

does

not

include any indication of the gross alpha particle

activity

levels of the Village~swater, or address the question of

why

denial

of

variance

would impose an arbitrary or

unreasonable

hardship,

If an

amended petition curing these deficiencies

is

not

filed within 45 days of

the date of this Order,

this

will be subject to dismissal.
