filed a petition
for variance from Rules 203(d),
402 and 962(a)
as they apply
to dissolved oxygen,
and Rules
910(a) (4)
and 910(b)
of Chapter
3:
Water Pollution.
Relief from Rule 404(f)
is also requested,
but that part of the petition is hereby dismissed in that
Rule 404(f) has been deleted.
Hearing was properly waived, but no affidavit in support
of the material
facts
alleged accompanied the petition.
Unless
an amended petition is filed within 45 days of the date of
this Order curing the above-noted defect,
this petition will
be subject to dismissal.
