    On June 10,
    1981 the Board proposed to revise Chapter
    4:
    Mine Related Pollution.
    The thirty day comment period allowed
    by that Order has now elapsed.
    No comments have been received
    except from the Illinois State Library, which on July 2,
    1981
    approved the rules with only minor changes in form and spelling.
    The
    Board therefore adopts the codified rules as Title
    35:
    Environmental Protection, Subtitle D:
    Mine Related Water Pollu-
    tion, Chapter I:
    Pollution Control Board.
    The Board finds that
    no substantive changes have been made and directs the Clerk to
    file the codified rules with the Secretary of State and publish
    a notice of codification with no substantive changes in the
    Illinois Register
    (1 Ill. Admin. Code
    Section 160.1103).
    A
    copy of the notice shall be attached to this Order
    and
    published
    with the Opinions.
