    The Board rejected proposed stipulations in each of these
    actions in September,
    1979.
    Amended stipulations have not been
    filed in either case, and no hearings have been set since reas-
    signment of these actions
    to a new hearing officer in November,
    1980.
    If amended stipulations are not filed within 30 days, or
    alternatively hearings are not set within 30 days and held within
    60 days of the date of this Order, these actions will he subject
    to dismissal.
