    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D. Dumelle):
    On July 1, 1981, the Naval Air Station, Glenview, filed art
    amended petition for variance from Rule 205(p) of Chapter 2:
    Air Pollution, in response to the Board Order of June 25, 1981
    requesting more information. While many of the defects have
    been cured, no information has been given as to why no action
    was taken to achieve compliance prior to exhaustion of fiscal
    year 1981 funds. Further, hearing has been neither waived nor
    requested pursuant to Procedural Rule 401(b). If hearing is
    4aived, such waiver should be accompanied by an affidavit in
    support of the material facts alleged.
    Unless an amended petition is filed with the Board within
    45 days of the date of this Order, the petition will he subject
    to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
