Village of Parkersburg filed
a petition for variance from Rule 304(B)(4)
of Chapter
3:
Water Pollution,
That petition is deficient in that
it
purp9rts
to waive hearing but fails to
include
an affidavit in support
of the material facts alleged as required by Procedural Rule
401(b).
Further, the Board requests that the survey of dental
problems in the area that
may be the result of the high level
of fluoride in the drinking water be made
part of the petition.
Unless these defects are
cured by the
filing of an amended
petition within
45 days of the
date of this Order,
the petition
will be subject to dismissaL
