1982 meeting the Joint Committee
on
Administrative
Rules determined that it had
no objection to the
proposed
rules sent
to second notice by
the Board~sOrder of
March 19,
1982,
During the second
notice period, however, the
Board had
agreed,
with Agency
concurrence,
to delete from the
last line
of Rule 312(b)
language stating “or by an
equivalent
method
approved by the Agency”.
The Board adopts the proposed Opinion of March 19,
1982
as its
Final Opinion.
The Board hereby adopts the
following
amendments
to Chapter 2,
and directs the Clerk to file
them
with the Secretary of State as final rules.
