    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    Durnelle):
    On November 19,
    1981 Oak Grove Mobile Home Park filed
    an amended petition which showed service of the petition in
    this matter upon the Village of Milan as ordered by the Board.
    The letter accompanying the service, however,
    is insufficient
    to demonstrate that the Village has been made a party to this
    action.
    Therefore, given that service has been completed,
    the
    Board hereby joins the Village as a party respondent to this
    action on its
    own
    motion pursuant to Procedural Rule 309.
    The
    Village shall hereafter be served with all filings
    in this matter
    and
    shall
    have all the rights and obligations of a party.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
