    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On September
    3,
    1981 the Board ordered that discovery and
    hearings
    in this consolidated action be scheduled and expedited.
    Despite that Board order and subsequent written request by the
    hearing officer
    for a proposed schedule,
    the parties have failed
    to cooperate in establishing such schedule.
    By its own motion,
    the Board directs discovery to be completed no later than February
    1,
    1982 and hearings held in this matter no later than March
    19,
    1982.
    Failure
    to comply with this Order will result in the Board
    imposing sanctions as necessary.
