Pursuant

the Board finds that the
Decatur Sanitary Sewer District
is a necessary party to this
action and the District
is hereby joined as a party.
Service
shall be accomplished by Woodridge,
Inc.
pursuant to Procedural
Rule
305.
If Woodridge,
Inc. fails
to so serve the District
within 45 days of the date of this Order, this petition will
he subject
to dismissal.
