ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.
Anderson):
This petition, filed March 19,
1982,
is deficient in two
respects.
First, hearing was neither requested nor waived as
required by Procedural Rule 401(b).
(Petitioner
is reminded
that
if hearing is waived, an affidavit attesting to the truth
of the facts alleged is required.)
Second,
while the petition
states that the favored compliance option is replacement of its
current water supply in whole or in part by Lake Michigan water,
it does not state a) when the allocation is available to it,
b)
what its current plans and timetable are regarding transmission
of the water to Wildwood for use,
and c) how it would plan to
implement the blending proposal alluded to in the petition.
If
an amended petition curing these defects is not filed within 45

to dismissal.
IT IS
SO ORDERED.
