ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.D, Dumelie):
    On June 21, 1982 Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Camp—Resort filed
a petition for variance from Water Pollution Rules, S312.1O1
(former Rule 1201 of Chapter 3).
    On July
    1,
    1982 the Board
    entered a more information order~
    On July 14,
    1982 the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
    filed a motion to join
    the New Salem Homeowners Association
    (NSHA),
    the owner of the
    subject treatment works,
    as a party.
    On July 30,
    1982 the Camp—
Resort filed an amended petition curing most of the defects in
    the original petition.
The Agency’s motion is granted and the NSHA is hereby
    joined as a party.
    Service shall
be made upon the NSHA by the
    Clerk.
The Camp_Resortvs amended petition remains deficient in
that it does not waive hearing (nor include the necessary affidavit
attesting to the truth of the facts alleged) nor request hearing
as required by Procedural Rule §104,124
    former
    Rule 401(b).
Unless an amended petition is filed within 45 days of the date
of this Order curing that defect, the petition will be subject
    to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
