    On June 28,
    1982 the County of Cook and the Cook County
    Department of Public Health
    (the County)
    filed a motion to vacate
    the Board’s June 10, 1982 Order in this matter (denying a motion
    to join the County as a necessary party) and to intervene.
    Responses were filed on July 2 and July 17, 1982.
    Respondents
    supported the motion while Complainants opposed it.
    The motion to vacate is hereby denied and the motion to
    intervene is granted.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
