ORDER OF

On November 29,

1982 two forging shops which are petitioning

for site specific noise emission limits pursuant to Rule 206(d)

of Chapter

8:

Noise Pollution filed motions requesting

that

hearings be

set.

In its Order of November 12,

1982 the Board

stated that hearings would be deferred until after all such

petitions were due, i.e.,

December

1,

1983.

Recognizing that

other forging shops may also desire to proceed to hearing prior

to that time, the Board will modify that Order.

Requests related

to hearings should be directed to the hearing officer, who will

then schedule the same according

to Board rules and policy.
