    This matter comes before the Board upon a June
    17,
    1983
    motion to amend the Board’s February 25,
    1983 Order to allow
    additional time to file a Certification of acceptance of the
    variance granted therein.
    Continental Grain Commpany represents
    that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has no objection
    to the motion.
    That motion is granted.
    Continental’s acceptance, which
    accompanied the motion,
    is hereby deemed to have been timely
    filed and the Chicago Regional Port Authority is granted fifteen
    days from the date of this Order to file its Certification.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
