(Subpart D), instead of 35 Ill.

Adm. Code 103.203.

Public participation in this proceeding,

which has been instituted by Petitioner to obtain a less

stringent emission limit that that required by Rule 204(f),

is thereby equivalent to that provided in regular Board rule-

making.

This level of public participation

is in accordance

with that intended in adopting these types of proceedings.
