filed a motion for inter-

locutory appeal of the hearing officer~sOrder in this matter

entered in response to a letter of May

1983 to the hearing

officer from the president of Will County Development,

Inc.

clarification of that Order and a second Order were entered by

the hearing officer on June

7,

1983, which, obviously, were not

referred to

in the intervenors’ motion and which do not moot that

motion.

The Board will not address the motion for interlocutory

appeal

in its entirety at this time.

However, petitioner and/or

his attorney

is directed to inform

the Board on or before June

24, 1983 whether the petitioner continues

to be represented by

counsel,

or is now appearing p~ se.

Any response to the motion

for interlocutory appeal shall be filed on petitioner’s behalf on

or before June 28,

1983..

The transcript of the December,

1982 public hearing shall

also be filed on or before June

28,

1983.
