    OPINION AND ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On May 17,
    1982 Waste Management of Illinois,
    Inc.
    filed a
    motion to vacate order assigning case to designated hearing
    officer and to establish briefing schedule and to designate a
    hearing date before the Board.
    The Board
    finds no sufficient
    reason that this appeal of
    a county
    board siting decision should
    be treated other than in accordance with normal procedures under
    Chapter
    1:
    Procedural Rules.
    That motion is,
    therefore,
    denied.
