On May 11, 1983 Waste Management filed a one—paragraph

motion for reconsideration of the Board’s April 7 Opinion and

Order, alleging generally that the Opinion and Order “are

contrary to facts.., and to the law’s, as was previously argued

by the Petitioner. The Board notes that a petition for review

was simultaneously filed by Waste Management in the Third

District Appellate Court.

No responses or motions for reconsideration have been

received from the other parties.

Under these circumstances, the Board sees no

point

in

holding this general ~~forma motion for general, ~ forma

responses. The motion for reconsideration is denied.
