    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On July 12, 1999, the parties timely filed a joint notice of extension of the 35-day
    period to appeal a decision of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The Board
    hereby grants petitioner an extension of the time period for filing an underground storage tank
    appeal in the matter until September 2, 1999, pursuant to Section 40(a)(1) of the
    Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (1998)). The Board will dismiss this
    matter and close the docket if petitioner fails to file an appeal on or before that date.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
