The Board hereby proposes to adopt 35 Iii. Adm. Code

304.203.

The Clerk is directed to prepare

a first notice for

publication in the Illinois Register.

The record will be held

open for comment for 45 days from the date of publication.

Section 304.203

Copper Discharges by Olin Corporation

This section applies to an existing facility owned by Olin

Corporation which discharges to Wood River Creek

and

the East

Fork of Wood River Creek in Madison County.

Such discharges

shall not be subject to Section 304.105 as it applies to the

water quality standard for copper of 35 Iii. Adm. Code 302.208.
