    inauguration of its trial burns
    “was unforseeably delayed for
    approximately two months”.
    This petition is deficient,
    in
    that the nature of the delay has not been set forth.
    If an
    amended petition is not filed within 45 days of the date of
    this Order, this petition will be subject
    to dismissal.
