ORDER OF THE BOARD
 (by D. Anderson):
On April
14, 1983 The Meyercord Company filed a motion
for reconsideration of Condition
 2 of the Board’s Opinion
and Order of March 10, 1983, which allowed a maximum emission
of 135 tons per year
 of volatile organic compounds.
 This
condition was based on Meyercord’s representation in the
petition that it was emitting 135 tons per year and that
emissions at that level posed no threat to air quality.
Meyercord indicates in the motion that actually it anticipates
emission of up to 210 tons per year with increasing business
activity.
The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has
filed no response to the motion, which is granted.
 Condition
 2
is modified to read as follows:
2.
Petitioner shall not emit more than 210 tons
of
 volatile
 organic
 compounds
 (VOC)
 during
any
 calendar
 year
 ending
