    On August 18,
    1982 the Board sent to second notice
    the proposed amendments to 35 Ill,
    Adm,, Code 304.121 along
    with the proposed repeal of 302.209 and 302.406.
    The Joint
    Committee on Administrative Rules issued no objection following
    its October 13,
    1982 meeting,
    The Board therefore adopts
    the rule and repealer as set forth in the August 18 Order.
    The Clerk is directed to fi1e~herules with the Secretary
    of State.
