On April 25, 1983 Archer Daniels Midland filed a motion

for stay of the effectiveness of the Board’s March 24, 1983 Order

in this matter. That motion is granted only insofar as it

relates to the time limit for the payment of monetary penalties

set forth in that Order. In all other respects, the motion is

denied.
