    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.
    Anderson):
    On June 25,
    1981 the Board stated that:
    if hearing
    were
    not scheduled within 30 and held within 60 days of that Order,
    the action would be “subject to dismissal”.
    No hearing was
    held.
    In apparent response to the Clerk’s June inquiry,
    on
    July 2, 1982 hearing was set for July 23,
    1982, but was
    cancelled on July 19.
    If hearing is not scheduled within 15
    and held within 45 days of the date of
    this Order, this action
    will be dismissed with prejudice.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
