ORDER OF THE BOARD (by D.
Anderson):
On September 15,
1982 the Board received a petition
signed by numerous residents of Taylorville who may be affected
by a granting of variance in this matter and who object strenu—
ously to such variance,
These objections were not filed in
a timely manner and would,
therefore,
not require that a
hearing be held.
However, given that such public interest
has been expressed and that enough time remains to hold a
hearing, the Board on its own motion hereby orders that
a
hearing be held.
The Board notes that decision in this matter
must be rendered by October 27, 1982 such that the hearing
must be scheduled and held in an expeditious manner.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I,
Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution
Control Board, hereby cer4fy
hat the above Order was adopted
