ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E.Z. Kezelis):
This matter is before the Board on a motion filed July 2, 1999, to allow an out-of-state
attorney to appear
pro hac vice
on behalf of Texaco Refining and Marketing, Inc. (TRMI).
TRMI requests that Rachel A. Yates be allowed to appear before the Board on behalf of TRMI
since she is a member in good standing of the Colorado State Bar and she is admitted to
practice before the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado as well as the Tenth
Circuit Court of Appeals in Colorado. The Board grants the motion to appear
pro hac vice
.
