ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J. Anderson):
On September 10,
1982 the four parties together filed a
“joint and stipulated motion
for stay” of the Board’s Order
of August 30 and Opinion of September 2,
1982.
The parties
state
in support that a stay would be “in the best interests
of all concerned in order to avoid unnecessary expense,
confusion, and possible duplication of effort.”
The Board notes that an appeal of this decision was filed
September
10, 1982 by all respondents in the Illinois Appellate
Court,
Second District.
As the Board in its Opinion noted that
its Order had placed the County in a “difficult and challenging
situation”,
and as an appeal has already been filed, the Board
hereby grants the joint motion for stay.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
