ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
On November 13, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
within which Maryville Voice Newspaper Co. (Maryville Voice) may appeal an October 8, 2002
determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

The Agency modified the proposed budget for the site classification work plan regarding a
leaking underground storage tank site at 2509 North Center Street in Maryville, Madison
County. The Board extends the appeal period until February 10, 2003, as the parties request.
