    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On November 15, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Campton Township Highway Department (Department) may appeal an October 8,
    2002 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406.
    The Agency rejected the proposed budget for the site classification work plan regarding a leaking
    underground storage tank site at 05N790 Route 47 in Maple Park, Kane County. The Board
    extends the appeal period until February 10, 2003, as the parties request.

    the Department fails to file an appeal on or before that date, the Board will dismiss this case and
