    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On November 18, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Cunningham Service (Cunningham) may appeal an October 11, 2002
    determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406.
    The Agency rejected the proposed budget for the high priority corrective action plan regarding a
    leaking underground storage tank site at Rural Route 1, Box 109 in West Salem, Edwards
    County. The Board extends the appeal period until February 13, 2003, as the parties request.

    Code 105.406. If Cunningham fails to file an appeal on or before that date, the Board will
