ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

On August 8, 2002, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until November 7, 2002,
the time period within which Ralph’s Bonded Service (Ralph’s) may appeal a July 5, 2002
determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS 5/40
    (a)(1) (2000),
    amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The
Agency modified the high priority corrective action plan and proposed budget for the plan
regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 103 North Franklin in Plymouth, Hancock
County. Because Ralph’s failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes
    the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on November 21, 2002, by a vote of 5-0.

    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
