ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

On November 8, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
within which Knox College (Knox) may appeal an October 1, 2002 determination of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    amended by
    P.A.
92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency rejected the proposed
budget for the low priority groundwater monitoring plan regarding a leaking underground
storage tank site at 161 East Berrien Street in Galesburg, Knox County. The Board extends the
appeal period until February 3, 2003, as the parties request.

an appeal on or before that date, the Board will dismiss this case and close the docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on November 21, 2002, by a vote of 5-0.
