specific figures on the

cost of constructing a wastewater treatment facility for the pro-

posed housing;

to delineate the anticipated construction schedule

for the low—cost housing program;

to identify any current surcharg-

ing problems

in the vicinity of the proposed construction; to pro-

vide

a description and cost of lessening the sewer loadings

through water conservation devices

at the proposed construction

or at existing sewage hook-ups to the same sewer

line;

and to

address the impact to the existing wastewater treatment facility

if this variance petition

is

granted

as

well as that requested

in PCB 83—161 for existing housing~~

The Williamson County Housing Authority

is joined as a neces-

sary Petitioner pursuant to 35

Iii,

Adm. Code 103.141 and 103.121.

Petitioner, City of Herrin,

is ordered to serve the Williamson County

Housing Authority as a party pursuant to 35

Ill.

Adm.

Code 103.123.

Failure of Petitioner to amend the Petition by complying with

the forgoing within 45 days of the date of this Order will render

the Petition subject

to dismissal for inadequacy.
