filed a petition for variance which

is defective pursuant to

Code 104,121 in that it fails

~o provide the costs

for alternative means

of compliance or the alternative of

blending and does not assess the environmental impact.

Unless the Village

files an amended petition within 45

days of the date of this Order curing the above—noted defects,

the petition will he subject to dismissal.
