ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
    October 6,
    1983
    IN THE MATTER OF:
    )
    R81—9
    RULEr~1AKINGFOR CODIFICATION OF
    CHAPTER 9:
    SPECIAL WASTE
    HAULINJG
    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J.
    D. Dumelle):
    On August 18,
1983 the Board adopted revisions to Chapter
    9:
Special Waste Hauling to conform with the codification regulations
adopted by the Secretary of State
    (Ill. Rev.
    Stat.
    ch.
    127, §1007
    and
    1
    Ill. Mm.
    Code,
    Part 120,
    as amended).
    These regulations
were filed with the Secretary of State on September
    30, 1983,
    thus
meeting the required date for codification of October
    1,
    1983.
In the August 18 Order the Board adopted these
    rules as Title
    35:
    Environmental Protection; Subtitle
    H;
    Solid Waste and Special
    Waste
    Hauling; Chapter
    I:
    Pollution Control Board; Part 809:
    Special Waste Hauling.
    However, the Illinois Administrative Code
    Unit required that these
rules be placed in Subchapter h of Subtitle
    G rather than in Subtitle
    H.
    The Board made that non—substantive
change and the Illinois Administrative Code Unit certified the
    rules for codification.
    Therefore,
    the formal reference has become
    Title
    35:
    Environmental Protection;
    Subtitle
    G:
    Waste Disposal;
    Chapter
    I:
    Pollution Control Board; Subchapter h:
    Solid Waste
and Special Waste Hauling; Part 809:
    Special Waste Hauling.
The section numbering remains unaffected from the August 18
Order and continues to reflect the previous rule numbering as
    discussed in that Order.
    Thus,
    old rule 101 of Chapter
    9 will
become Section 101 of Part 809
    (35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 809.101)
    and old
    rule 302 of Chapter
9 will become Section 302 of Part 809
    (35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 809.302):
The units digit of the citation reflects the
old chapter number and the digits to the right of the decimal
point reflect the old rule number.
    Since the rules remain
unchanged except for the numbering explained above,
    and since
printed copies of the codified rules are expected within the next
couple of months and will be made available to the public at that
time, the Board will not print the rules in this Order.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    I,
    Christan
    L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution
Control Board, hereby certify that the above Order was adopted
    on the j~
    day of
