be incorporated into this proceeding,
and the petition should
describe whether the facts as presented in the earlier proceeding
are still applicable,
and should update them if not,
In particu-
lar, the new or continuing hardship which Petitioner believes
justifies
a grant of variance should be specifically stated.
If an amended petition curing these
deficieicies
is not
submitted within 45 days of the date of this Order, this petition
will he subject to dismissal~ The Clerk is requested to supply
