    On August 18,
    1983 the Board issued a draft proposal
    to codify Chapter
    8:
    Noise Pollution as 35
    Ill. Adm. Code,
    Subtitle H, Chapter
    I.
    The
    draft prepared by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency was made available to the
    public for comment.
    No comments were received.
    The draft
    has had minor modifications
    as
    a result of review by the
    Board staff.
    The Board directs that the modified text be
    submitted to the Secretary of State for codification approval,
    and for filing if approved.
    A copy of the text submitted
    will be placed in the file and made available to the public,
    but will not appear in the Opinion volumes.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
