shall

apply

feet of Schoenberger Creek

starting immediately south of

the

Baltimore

and Ohio main tracks and running north to an

unnamed

tributary of the Cahokia Canal;

and

2)

The unnamed tributary from its confluence

with Schoenberger Creek as

it runs west and

northwest for a distance of 8000 feet to its

confluence with the

Cahokia

Canal.
