P~GENCY,
Respondent.
ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J.D.
Dumelle):
On February 2,
1983 the Board received a petiton for variance
from the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows.
That petition is
deficient
in several respects.
First,
the local sewer authority (presumably Cahokia)
is
hereby ordered joined as a party.
Service of process must be
completed pursuant to Section 103.123 of the Procedural
Rules.
Second, since hearing is purportedly waived,
an affidavit attesting
to the
t.ruth of the material facts alleged must be filed pursuant
to Section 104.124,
Third, to the extent possible,
further infor-
mation should be presented concerning the costs of alternative
means of compliance and the environmental impact of the granting
of variance.
Unless an amended petition is filed,
within 45 days of the
date of this Order,
curing the above—noted defects, this petition
will be subject to dismissal.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
