the Agency relies in part on an “Operating

Policy for Lake O’Hare” submitted by the City to it,

but not to

the Board.

Information contained therein may be relevant to the

Board’s deliberations.

If the City wishes the Board to consider

this Petition for Variance at its September 8,

1983 meeting,

a

copy of the Policy should be filed with the Board on or before

September 2,

1983.
